When placing an order for 3 weeks or more prior your order date , then full payment is required within 7 days of the date of invoice sent.

Where an order date is required with 2 weeks or less of your order date, payment is to be made on the same day as invoice sent. 

You can view the invoice due date at the top of your invoice. Unpaid invoices will be cancelled after 7 days , without notice and your date may no longer be available.

Please note: Your order date is not confirmed booked until payment has been received.   

Payment is partly refundable if cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks prior your collection or postage date, less a $25 cancellation fee. 

Refunds are not available for orders cancelled within 2 weeks of order collection or postage dates.

Changes can be made to your order up to 2 weeks prior your order / postage date.  Any changes made after this time may incur a fee.
